Philanthropy

Hearing is an instrumental part of everyday life and our staff understands that not everyone can financially afford to change the way they hear. That is why we have teamed up with the “So The World May Hear Foundation”. Bill Austin, the founder of the world’s largest hearing aid manufacturer Starkey, started this foundation in 1973. Today the Foundation is sustained by the efforts of thousands of volunteers and donors around the world. Your support allows us to deliver more than 20,000 hearing aids annually through more than 100 hearing missions a year in countries stretching from the U.S. to Vietnam.

“I feel so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to spread the amazing gift of hearing throughout the world. To see the face of these children light up after they have heard for the first time in their young life is indescribable. This mission trip has forever changed my life.” John Clell Hamm

The Foundation also recognizes the need for hearing in our community. If you have a friend or a loved one of any age that could benefit greatly from hearing aids but cannot afford them please tell them to contact us for an Application for Services.
